Our Home:- Thurrock Rugby Football Club, Long Lane, Grays, Essex (TRFC)

Our Aim:- To meet up have a run or brisk walk, emphasis on enjoyment, keeping fit and fun, we often have a drink afterwards.

Tuesday  meet at TRFC

           Occasional, very fast, but not sociable Walking Group: 6.00pm

            Running Group: 7.00pm a 60 to 75 minute run (nobody will be left behind!)

            Walking Group: 7.00pm this is the sociable chatty group

In the summer we do 'Away Runs and Walks' on some Tuesdays so check the “Training Schedule.

We support the Langdon Hills 5K on the 3rd Tuesday of every month (May – August) from Langdon Hills Visitor Centre, Lower Dunton Road – 7:30pm start, but most of us meet at Westley Heights by 7pm to jog to the start for a warm up.

Thursday meet at TRFC  see the “Training Schedule

            Walking Group: 6.00pm this is the sociable chatty group

            5k Klub: 6.30pm a 30 to 40 minute run at a more leisurely pace for beginers, the old and the injured!

Sunday 10.00am meet at Wesley Heights Car Park, behind the Crown/Harvester, Langdon Hills (near the Radio Mast)

            Running Group: 10.00am a 60 to 75 minute run (nobody will be left behind!)

            Walking Group: 10.00am this is the sociable chatty group
